Review: My children have attended this facility for over a year no real issues until my child's teacher transferred to another location and we had to deal with new teachers. Miss Heather and Miss Ashley took over the classroom at that point and then I started having problems lots of problems. For instance I would go to pick my child up at the end of the day and he is just wandering around while the teachers are in the corner playing on a laptop/tablet and not paying attention to my child (not okay with me), my son everyday comes home in soggy, soiled diapers and diaper rash. They do not change him. He was almost completely potty trained with the other teachers now he doesnt go on the potty at all, these teachers are having a reverse effect on him. I provided a box of diapers and a change of extra clothes when we first joined the facility but those diapers have never once been put on my child and they claim that they conveniently lost both the diapers and clothes and want me to replace them. This is not my problem, for their disorganization and to top it off every morning when were dropping the kids off the teachers are always late were standing around late for work and 20 some minutes later they come walking in the door, like nothing is wrong, yet when my kids dad when to pick my son up the other day he was suppose to be done at 1pm my fiance showed up at 1:01 and they charged him a $10 fee for being late. I refuse to pay this, this rule has never been present in any point prior to this plus on certain days I keep my son their a couple extra hours til I get off work, that cost me $6 an hour but yet they charge $10 a minute? Miss heather has many complaints towards her and I know previous teachers have quit because of having to deal with her and her lack of respect towards parents/teachers thinking she is better than everyone I refuse to deal with her I pulled my kids from the center as soon as this happened because of this. I owe my final bill but I have discrepancies I want handles before I pay it.Desired Settlement: I want the $10 fee removed for the 1 min unless they're willing to pay me for the time I miss work bc they're teachers are late. Plus I believe they owe me money for the $25 box of diapers & my sons clothes that were lost, I also want a chunk taken off my bill from July 14 until present when the new teachers started, im paying for my child to be taken care of not neglected. So $10 (late charge refund)+ $25 (lost box of diapers)+ $15 (lost clothes) + $30 (dates of neglection) = $80 refund on bill
