documents after I filed the complaint. As a result, my rate on my refinancing expired. There were many more issues prior to this complaint and the Revdex.com should continue to investigate the performance of Seterus. If you review the notes on my account you will see that they even forgot to pay my 2014 property taxes on time. The taxes were eventually paid with penalties in the wrong tax year, 2015. The customer service is poor. The managers are just as incompetent as their team. My final complaint ID [redacted] did not involve rock science. It was a simple fax request that took a month to get done. I am looking forward to completing my refinance and leave Seterus entirely. Sincerely, [redacted]

Seterus did not address the issues in the complaint.
There are two concerns:
1) Please provide me an itemized invoice reflecting the total lawyer fees inclusive of the date the activity took place
2) Please provide me a detailed answer as to WHY (on 3 separate documented occasions) I was told that the "reinstatement good through" date of 4/30/2015 MENT that IF I paid you the amount listed in the "reinstatement letter".... that's all that would be owed. It was explained that the legal fees were estimated through the "reinstatement good through" date on the letter.
Seterus sent me an intent to foreclose letter, demanding an additional $3,000+ payment to be made by 12/20/2014 otherwise they will foreclose.
FYI
I had another house in foreclosure at the same time with [redacted] bank therefore asked them the SAME question. Once I paid the amount in their "reinstatement letter" my next payment was my mortgage payment. Hence why I've got great documentation on this situation! Seterus began billing me for additional lawyer fees and additional amounts that were not in the "reinstatement letter". In addition, I called Seterus in May, June & July and was directed by their customer service staff to disregard the amount reflected on the monthly statement as it can take up to 90 day's for legal & financing to be updated.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
- The address is incorrect and incomplete. My property address is not [redacted]. My property address is [redacted].
- This is not a solution. The letter I was provided merely states what I have been told over the phone. After repeatedly contacting Seterus on my own accord, I was previously told that there have been issues with communication with the HOA. To my knowledge a lien has not been legally placed on the property by the HOA.
- I would like a solution to this issue. I have been in the process of trying for a deed in lieu for 14 months, far above the average time for closing. I would like to know EXACTLY what is required from me on my end. I would like to have one point of contact to avoid being ran in circles every time I call to check on the status of the property. Each time I call I am told something different - that I need to submit a different document.
- I was told during my last call on 6/6 that the deed in lieu was denied & that I have to start again from the beginning. I do not want to have to begin this time-consuming process again for a FOURTH time. Because I have relocated, I also do not have the resources to continuously have someone at the property to grant access to the condo.
- I was "approved" for a Mortgage Trial Modification that I did not apply for & will not/cannot participate in. I cannot afford to keep this property & cannot make any payments. Again, I would like to successfully complete a deed in lieu in a timely fashion, which now seems impossible.

What is going on with my case regarding Seterus Mortgage. I have reached out to you a bunch of times, but don't seem to be getting any answers to my concerns with them. I have addressed the title issue with them on trying to clear it before proceeding with my Deed in Lieu.
I want answers to what is [redacted] or Sharron B[redacted] going to do in regards to my relocation expenses, I can't keep living with the people I'm with, they hsve informed me that I hsve to leave soon.

I am rejecting this response because: The company response is meaningless. I have spent hours dealing with this 3 times now. I still have not received an updated statement that my principle payment was corrected. I never was informed that I was too send large principle payments to another address that does not exist on any paperwork I received from then. You would think that would be on the payment statement???????? This company should lose their license to practice in NY.

I started a complaint last month with this same company. It was complaint # [redacted]. This complaint was closed because I did not send back a release of information form to the Revdex.com. I did not respond because as soon as Seterus heard I filed a complaint, they sent a letter refusing to close my escrow account. When I spoke with Seterus I was told that there would be no reason for me to follow up with the Revdex.com because they could not help me anyway. I have continually tried to speak to them regarding this, and have been told wrong information(which only put me further behind) or I was hung up on. I tried talking to supervisors, but was hung up on every time by those supervisors. My husband and I got the name of their supervisor, Rhonda Wilson. We tried to contact her several times, and finally were informed that she refused to speak with us and that we needed to deal with this in writing. I have since sent an email to [email protected] as instructed and have heard nothing. I requested that they reanalyze my escrow account since they will not close the account and again have heard nothing. There is no reason why I am paying $618 per month to an escrow account when I am paying my home insurance and real estate taxes myself, and there is no money coming out of said escrow account. I am getting nowhere with the company! All I ever get is ATTITUDE from each and every representative, or I get hung up on! HELP! This has been four months of frustration and rudeness, aggravation and misery! I give permission to the Revdex.com to correspond with Seterus regarding my account(loan number [redacted]) and personal information-this is includes by phone, email, or in writing.
My escrow account should have been closed, but since they won't close it, I would like it reanalyzed. I should not have to pay to an escrow account that is not paying anything out. I also want some actual customer service-none of this attitude from the get-go.
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Every month I am paying an additional $27.58 and I don't know why? Why did they apply over $500 in fees? The statement they sent me did not explain the excessive fees that I have been being charged on a month to month basis.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: My check was received on January 10th, 2017 and it should be applied that day not 2 weeks later. With interest being charged on a remaining balance and compounded daily, I am not getting full credit with the delayed application date. Additionally, I do not understand how I could be charged for future interest. Charging me for interest in January, for the debt that is due in February and March, seems illegal to me. It should be charged and paid in the month it is due not for a future charge. Neither do I understand why it was applied to future payments when I specifically had written instructions in the envelope with my check that it was to be applied to principal only. It was not intended to be applied to future payments and stated that way. Why was my written request ignored and recorded the way it was applied on 1-10-17. This is the second issue with Seterus for the exact same way my principal payment was wrongfully applied. I also addressed that in my written instructions that was received by your company on 1-10-2017. I would like to have my loan administered and collected by another company. Anyone but Seterus.
