Fitworx Easton has been billing me 2 times a month and on occasion every 2 weeks. I have gone in two times to talk to the owner(***) and he is "not available". The next person inline to talk to (***) "doesn't have set hours" and they "can't tell me when he will be in. Two times I have had to talk to ***'s daughter who has been rude, condescending, and completely out of line in how she talks to a customer (me) especially in a business setting. She is also the one who could not tell me how to get in touch with *** and ***. I am trying to resolve the billing issue and move on. I have since cancelled my membership in an effort to continue to get double charged.
was NEVER double charged! Her monthly payment of $39 come out around the 1st of the month give or take a day or two There was NO double charge in April However May 1st her card was declined for her regular $39 charge. The billing company tried again on May 3, 8, 8 so she was charged a late fee of $23.50 due to her card being declined. That one time $23.50 plus her regular monthly charge of $39 which was taken out on the 19th of may due to it being declined so totals $62.50

Well that response is not at all true. I was charged on:2/19/19 (then again 2 weeks later)3/2/194/2/195/9/19 (then a week and a half later)5/20/19 (then 2 weeks later)6/3/19. The SECOND May charge was charged to my card when I was in *** chaperoning a high school Latin class trip and there was numerous fraudulent charges back in the USA on my card and the bank had to shut the card down. IT WAS NOT because of anything I did nor was I even in the country to know about it or deal with it AND it was the SECOND May charge to hit my account. I also have never heard from *** or ***, as I was told I would be getting a call AND this response is not at all the way that either of them talk to their customers BUT it is how his daughter does. I don't believe that *** or *** even know about his yet. I would like to hear from ***, the owner, personally or have the charges reversed. I am being charged 2x in May PLUS fees for a charge that should not have happened anyway. *** I would like to hear from them.

There was an unauthorized charge of $100 taken from my account . I’ve called them 4 times about it and they haven’t refunded the money . It’s been 3 weeks .
