The order
was placed on 9-25- She ordered
a piece TV Console made by *** ***
She received her delivery on October 22nd and
refused all pieces because there was a small knothole
on the Left Pier and packing marks on the console
The defective pieces were returned to us by *** ***
and they were repaired and inspected before reshipping
She received her second delivery November 17th and opened
only one box and refused the whole shipment a second time
All pieces have been inspected again and are scheduled to deliver
December 7th
I assure you that High Point Furniture Sales as well as *** ***
is doing everything within our power to give this customer quality
furniture and service

I will reserve the right to keep this matter open until acceptable delivery has been madeAs of now, another delivery is scheduled for December 7thWhen that delivery is made, I will take photos of anything defective and forward to substantiate the premise that what has been delivered, to date, has been second quality and not what I ordered
