I have had a twice a year, five year relationship with Serwas When I booked the fall cleaning I asked they pay special attention to the sills, as that was missed last spring On the day of service, after being a half hour late, I called The person answering said we were on the schedule and should be arriving minutes after the scheduled appointment they arrived I mentioned to him that he was late -- rather than apologize (which goes a long way) he complained he couldn't find out address I suggested to him when they are running late to call the customer -- he responded "it is what it is, do you want your windows washed, or what?" I responded that I wanted my windows washed When he was done, I let him know I was not happy with his attitude and planned to make a complaint (this would have given him a second opportunity to apologize), he left without a word I called Serwas to voice my displeasure and asked the owner (who has been to my home) to call me, as I would think he would want to know how his employee treats a customer He never called back So, farewell Serwas By the way, I have consistently recommended this business over the years to many, many people Those same people will now hear my new opinion
I booked an appointment for window cleaning more than 6 weeks in advance. When they were 30 minutes late I called and talked to a woman who said she'd 'call the guys' to find out where they were and what time they'd arrive. I never received a phone call and they never arrived. That was July 19.
