Review: My 88 year old mother called to have her dishwasher repaired a week before Thanksgiving. They came, pushed a few buttons, declared it fixed and charged her a $65 service fee. Ten minutes after they left my mom went to use the dishwasher. It did not work. She called them back and they said they would return to fix it. They never did. I have called and left numerous messages the past 3 months. I have even spoken with Vinny, the owner, on at least 3 occasions. He feigns concern and promises he will come himself the next day. He never shows up or calls. We have been customers for over 25 years. This is inexcusable.Desired Settlement: I want them to either repair the dishwasher or refund the service fee to my mother.
