The initial impression and customer service was great, but actual services rendered was poor as was repeated attempts in communicating with the manager. The issue we had was that our tenant smoked in the residence near the end of his lease. We wanted professionals to come out for a "better" result than normal carpet cleaners we would utilize. They cleaned the carpets and the ductwork then came back for an ozone treatment; we were charged $900. We were told that some residual smell may linger, and that we would likely need to repaint the walls. Understood. However, we experienced no improvement over using this highly inflated professional cleaning company. Also, the equipment they were using was way outdated and they used my own well water to clean the carpets. We could have had our other cleaner come out for the carpet and duct cleaning for under $500 as well as done without the ozone treatment for a much better outcome. The ozone treatment consists of only turning the machine on and walking out of the premises. How can they charge this much for their services?...especially if they don't perform well? Also, why is it that I've called three times now over the course of the last several weeks and not one reply yet? Every time I call I leave a message and I'm told the manager is out of the office but will return my call. Still waiting
Thank you for reaching out. Customer was provided and estimate for the removal of smoke odor in a rental home. Was given an estimate to clean carpet, HVAC system, and provide and ozone treatment. Was told there was no guarantee in removing smoke odor but these were the most effective methods for the money. Customer was told that if they did not yells the desired results vertical and horizontal surfaces (I.e. walls, windows, counter tops, etc..)would need to be cleaned, and in extreme cases sealed and painted. We were in agreement the services estimated would be a good starting point and if they were unsuccessful more aggressive and expensive measures would need to be taken. The duct and carpet cleaning equipment is top of the line and both units are less than 12months old. The customer was contacted by the production manager that handled the job, he offered to return to the home to reclean the hvac system and perform another ozone treatment. At this point *** is awaiting confirmation from the customer to return for reservice.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I should mention that the manager never did contact me...outside one of the independent operators. In my opinion this unprofessionalism presents a severe lack of customer appreciation to resolve an issue. Though I am happy they came out to perform another service, I am still disappointed for not having heard from anyone personally (outside of this Revdex.com response) at corporate office regarding complaint. The message regarding equipment used was not true. Old/antiquated equipment was used. For a company that promised better than average results, any other carpet cleaning company would have used alternative sources for water...not smelly well water.
