If anyone has water damage or needs a cleanup/restoration company DO NOT USE Servpro of South Tulsa!!!!! We had our laundry room flood on Monday, December 21st and they came out and dried everything up and then just left it it (today is January 19th) Carpet padding is gone, carpet isn't tacked down so it's fraying and stepping on the tacks is painful, baseboards are off and broken, and drywall has been removed and pipes exposedThey won't return phone calls or call us back after saying they willAll I've heard is excuses about being busy and paperwork falling through the cracksSo, if you need someone DO NOT USE THEM!!!
