before doing any of these stepsWe typically do not leave notes for the homeowner and prefer to speak on the phone or in personI called *** *** at P.Mon day to inform him of the work performed and the plan of action and he was very belligerentWhen plugging in equipment we have no idea how the homeowners house is wired for circuits if they are not present to inform usUsually when an issue does occur that trips a breaker the homeowner will call the office and we will resolve by moving equipment to another circuit or using a power box on siteThe amount of equipment used is determined by the IICRC using a program that the insurance companies preferAn AC unit situation was never brought to my attention by *** *** *** never asked for moisture readings and all readings are recorded and supplied to the insurance companyThe insurance adjuster did ask us to remove the toe kick to ensure there was no moisture under the cabinetsWhen checked the reading was just above dry and we supplied an air mover free of charge for an additional dayThe adjuster also asked us to spot clean the carpet where the wet furniture bled into the carpet which we cleaned free of charge.In closing we performed all duties of drying *** *** home according to industry standardsHe may not have agreed with some of the methods or the timing of items being performedI never hung up on *** *** he was very angry and I assumed he hung up on me but we must have been disconnected on one of our cellphonesI apologize for that and I did not return an immediate call assuming he hung up on me
