I won't waste much time in this Mr [redacted] was verbally abusive to my staff on the phone, yelling and going off on a rant when he was asked a simple question He was asked what was wrong with the appliances he wanted us to remove from the house to save for him He was almost incoherent in his response Turns out he was already being compensated for them by the insurance company This is unethical in my opinion. Also for the record, winter was the coldest on record, and although , as Mr [redacted] stated, he "doesn't care about anyone else problems", we are obligated under times of heavy disasters statewide to prioritize out limited resources We usually will extract water from flooded houses and businesses before turning our attention to a situation that is already "stable" I believe this is the second Revdex.com complaint I have received in years in business, which speaks volumes about my serviceI am finished with Mr [redacted] , and wish him good luck in renovating his home

Review: I hired this company on January 23rd 2015. they started to remove the contents of my home for storage and inventory when I went to the home on February 9th 2015 I had noticed they didn't remove all the contents and never came back. every time I called I got a response of we will call you back when all I wanted to know was what their plan was. finally I got demanding on February 23rd and they replied with an email stating they are no longer going to honor their contract and will hold my personal belongings until my insurance company pays them. they did not work in a timely fashion nor did they let me the customer know their plan of action I have been displaced from my home since december 20th 2014 where the first servpro failed to perform as well and causing further damages to my home and personal property.Desired Settlement: finish the job they were hired to perform so I have no further delays
