Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: We contracted with ServPro and not any of the subcontractors they mentioned If they choose to send our possessions out to subcontractors, ServPro is still responsible to ensure our possessions are secured and returned to us, with who they contracted We are missing things that were not sent out (furniture, silverware, cable equipment etc) We are missing items the dry cleaning sub contractor said they returned We have not gotten any of the electronics that were subcontracted Just because they sub-contract does not relieve them of the responsibility to get our possessions returned to us for pickup or authorization for disposal ServPro is still accountable to us to return the possessions per the contract we signed Regards, [redacted]
