Paid for the service of RESTORATION, instead sheet rock and insulation was removedNo insulation or sheet rock was replaced On NovXX XXXX Servpro had sent one of their employees ( [redacted] ) to one of my rental properties, Title Cash, located at XXXX Xth Avenue Decatur AL XXXXXI received an invoice for Commercial water damage RESTORATIONNo contract was ever signedThe invoice as stated above states restoration which can be defined as the action of returning something to a former owner, place, or condition, which is not the caseMold was found in the insulation and water damage to the sheetrockTitle Cash contacted me a few days later sending images of how the premises had been leftI then contacted Servpro over the matter and nothing was done to fix the problemThey stated that the $did not include the sheetrock and insulation work, which was not the original agreement
We contracted with Servpro to remodel our hall bath, and do a remodel/addition to our master bathWork was shoddy at best Failed to worth at code We hired Servpro June of 2017, and gave up on their no show and hired an additional contractor to finish and redo Servpro's work on March 26th of We had to totally redo the electrical wiring as well as improper grounding for both bathrooms(Additional cost of $950.00) Re-purchase interior doors, that were drilled improperly, and subsequently not fixable(Additional cost of $2,500.00) They were supposed to repaint our existing vanityThe leaned them against each other after painting them, causing them to stick togetherThese had to be sanding down and redone, as well as removal of the pocket door that put in wrongly (both of those items cost $1,700.) The tile flour in the master bath was unlevel, and over groutedWhen putting the shower glass in (2nd contractor) they had to grind down the tiles to get the doors levelWe d
