***, We did communicate with this customer extensively. The accusations were false, no photos or documentation was provided to that showed otherwise. She actually paid us in full but then brought these issues up months later. We did offer to reimburse for a few items
that we agreed to. Majority of her issues were reimbursement of hotel costs, which were partially paid by her homeowners insurance. Please understand every effort was made to resolve this with the homeowner. Let me know if any further action is needed. Thank you. Regards,

Dear *** *** ,I don't agree with the Servpro of South Huntington Beach respond to my complaint *** *** has not taken my concerns seriously and it was my mistake for paying this company in full, I was trying only to show good faithThe workmanship was done Dissatisfaction and property damage was caused in the performance of Servpro workI immediately contacted *** *** voicing my dissatisfaction and damage to property first, then I contacted his District Manager, I forwarded pictures showing plaster had been poured down my brown granite kitchen sink on my grass in my planter, second I contacted his Corporate office they all redirected my complaint to *** to address the complaint , I received a letter from him offering me $1,his quote "replace some plants"that was not addressing my complaint, I sent him a certified letter address all my concerns in detail NO Answer for Servpro OR *** ***.PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHATS NEXT?Thank you
