Review: I and my wife [redacted] have called, emailed and texted [redacted], the construction manager numerous times for over a month for ServPro to finish the items below, and these items are still not done.Master Bath1. Level both light fixtures over vanity (uneven).2. Where walls replaced - Need to repair - sand and paint (marked with pink sticky notes).3. Paint walls (touch up) toilet, under vanity, side of mirror, etc. (marked with blue sticky notes).4. Escutcheons - Need to install 2, large enough to cover openings. (One in left vanity cabinet and the other in the right vanity.) Guest Bath1. Paint walls - marked with blue sticky notes.2. Escutcheons - Need to install 2, large enough to cover openings. Hallway outside of Guest BathEntrance to Bedroom 11. Install T-molding (See [redacted] product installation recommendation, previously forwarded.)2. Paint hatch door to attic.3. Repair ceiling and paint where door attic door is located. Insulation1. Need to add insulation (loose) in attic over both master bath and guest bathroom.Desired Settlement: We need the items listed in complaint description completed in 10 business days from today.
