Servepro was hired to repair water damage to my houseThey were quick to respondThey removed the damaged flooring quicklyOf course the process also called for the blowers to run hrs a day for or daysA couple days went by after the blowers were removed and I was told I would be notified when the 'put back' would take placeDays went by, or 5, and they had not yet been back to start the put backI called and was told by *** that he was reviewing my file for the project director over my job was no longer with ServeProTwo days pastI call*** is out of the office for a couple of daysI spoke with ***She said she would e-mail *** and they would work up a plan for me and she would return my callThat day nor the next did she do soI called her back and was told that they could not offer me contract services at this timeThey held up my repairs, in my opinion, in an unprofessional mannerI'm now in my 4th week of when the repair was begun
