Thank you for your time with this matter. When we arrived on site to assist [redacted] we were told by Allstate Insurnace that they were only wanting to try to save some of the contents and all non-salvageable contents could be left on site. When we arrived we looked through debris and...

removed the contents from the job site that we felt could be cleaned, deodorized and saved. All other items were inventoried by [redacted] and submitted to Allstate Insurance. When [redacted] contacted us about her China Hutch we let her know that we had it but that it was damaged and Allstate has stated that they added it to the inventory list and we should dispose of it. We have comfirmed with Allstate Insurnace that this was on the inventory list and [redacted] has indeed been paid for this item. Due to our busy schedule we have not been able to dispose of it at this time and I have it in our possession and we are will to return it to her. We have left 3 messages for [redacted] asking her to call me to schedule and we have not heard back from her. We will compile a letter and send it to her so she also see's our intent in writing. Please contact me if you should need anything further. [redacted]Owner SERVPRO of Chico/Lake Almanor
