Review: Due to a fire on Jan. 30, 2012 servpro was called in to clean up and restore some of the materials that were savable in the house. They were told not to throw out a whole closet of candles without talking to me first. They did not listen. There were items that were taken fro9m the house and garage to their warehouse for storage and cleaning and we saw them there because we needed some paper work that they had removed and taken there. I have tried to resolve this issue with the owner [redacted] but to no avail as of this date. There was some of the items were not returned and others were broken and 8 (eight) boxes of items that were not mine. [redacted] asked for a list of what was removed that did not come band and the replacement cost be faxed over to him and I did this. I had not heard from him since I did as requested. I talked to their head people and this is a franchise owned by [redacted]. They wanted me to turn this into my insurance company and I said no because these were items that I know for a fact were at their warehouse and not lost in the fire or destroyed by the fire. This is the reason I am placing this complaint. I still have the list that I spoke about with the replacement cost.Desired Settlement: I wish for them to pay for the items that were not returned to me or were stolen from their warehouse by one or more of their employees.
