Very happy with the service received today. Our air conditioning was not working; it stopped working on a Sunday. I contacted ServiceOne first thing Monday morning. Since the Technician were extremely busy wasn't certain about their arrival time but was told they would be there today. I received a timely phone call letting me know a Technician was on the way to our home. The ServiceOne Technician quickly went to work to address the issue and the air conditioner was up and running in a timely manner. I appreciate the service provided by the technician. It's hot outside in the the summer heat.

Our house had an issue with the thermostat, and the men from Service One came out promptly to assess the situation. They were very professional and friendly. Not only did they identify the problem and fix it, they were very thorough in reviewing all of our other items regarding our furnace and AC unit. As we were new home owners for the house, they provided some very helpful tips on maintaining our systems and replacing filters to keep things working at an optimal condition.

Dryer broke over the weekend, called on Monday and they had someone at the house by Tuesday. [redacted] was professional and also share with us what was broken and what he did to complete the repair. Didn't leave a mess at all and was very polite. The dryer repair alone paid for cost of the Service One warranty for the year.

[redacted] did some plumbing maintenance at my house this morning. He was on time. He was very thorough. He kept my bathrooms clean. He informed me in detail of everything that was done. He even went the extra mile to check on the cost of replacing and installing some newer items.

I will request [redacted] the next time I require plumbing services from ServiceOne.

After discovering unexpected leak in the downstairs powder room, I called ServiceOne. Let me say that I do not have an account with them but this made no difference in the speed or the quality of the service I received. [redacted] has been on time and most pleasant to try and resolve any problems I was having. The company that was overseeing the repairs seemed to have a communication problem, and [redacted] did what he could to help me understand the situation. I will most definitely be calling ServiceOne again for any plumbing problems and asking for [redacted]

Gave input on to things I need to do to expedite the company's work in the future as well as the efficiency of my unit. In addition he assisted with another issue I have within my home. [redacted] showed up to help when my furnace wouldn't run on a cold Sunday morning in November. He was pleasant, knowledeable, let me know what the problem was, and got my furnace running until a replacement part could be ordered to make a permanent repair. And with the ServiceOne contract, it only cost me the normal call-out charge, even though it was a Sunday, because temps were expected to drop below 40 degrees that night. Thumbs up on this interaction with [redacted] and ServiceOne.

[redacted] arrived in the early part of the appointment window. He was very personable and, while he could not make the repairs, he went over and above by trying to find a solution. He went online and even called a local company to give me further direction. He was attentive and spent plenty of time assessing our problem.

I purchased a home built in 1925 that had a bathtub that drained very slowly. [redacted] came out and spent an hour trying to find the source of the problem. He was unable to get to the trap but did manage to get the tub to drain better. He was very knowledgeable and offered a plan should I want to proceed with getting to the root of the problem should the bathtub start to drain slowly again. He was very courteous and cleaned up the bathtub after running the auger through. I was impressed with his knowledge and thoroughness.
