Harassment of a bill that people at this company don’t know they’re left from there right is extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. I requested an itemized bill thinking if insurance doesn’t pay it I would like to know exactly what I’m paying for. I requested this close to a month ago and they continue to demean and assume negatively of my character yet don’t give me a breakdown of what each charge exactly is. I am dumbfounded how manipulative this company is. They Will also continue to try to provide service when you’ve told them that you don’t want anything else done to your property and slap it on the bill. Now they are they are threatening with “filing papers”. More manipulation at its finest.
