On Tuesday March 22, Technician Brandon called my cellphone and left a message that they were heading to my house, and that they had decided to remove a one foot section of my kitchen ceiling rather then removing the tub The previous evening Brandon has suggested the possibility of opening up part of the ceiling - a suggestion that I disliked because I thought it would be difficult to mask that a hole had been placed in my ceiling Nevertheless Brandon et al cut a hole in my ceiling without speaking to me that Tuesday or getting my approval
If it was manifestly necessary to cut a hole in the ceiling I would have been more understanding - however, the ceiling was, in the words of the technician the night before, bone dry Also, if it had been necessary to cut the hole then why wasn't it done that first night, when I was at home, rather then the next day when they could not get ahold of me
While there is nothing to be done about it now, I can not recommend an organization that would treat customers wishes so indifferently
