I strongly recommend ServiceMaster Co-op A fire sprinkler pipe burst in the ceiling of my condo causing major water damage to the ceilings, walls, baseboards, floors and cabinetry. ServiceMaster Co-op responded to the call and was onsite in less than an hour. They immediately had a crew of 6+ workers that worked late through a Saturday night to pump out the water, remove the drywall, and install the industrial drying equipment. From that point, there wasn't a minute wasted for the next 3 weeks to cleanup/restore my place to new ASAP. They checked the drying progress every single day for the next 2 week. Once the condo had dried, they worked directly with the insurance company very quickly to scope out the repairs, and completed all of the repairs (drywall, paint, baseboards/trim, and cabinetry) within a week. All the way from the moment of disaster to the final clean up, I was beyond impressed with the quality of service that I received from ServiceMaster Co-op. Each and every member of their team was very professional, responsive, helpful and punctual.
