I was impressed with the customer service right from the start when I set up the appointment for ServiceMaster to clean my wall to wall 100% wool carpet Our strata council maintains very high standards and employs ServiceMaster to clean all of the carpeting in the common areas yearly so I was confident they would do a good job for me Alex was on time and called minutes before he arrived to say he would be there shortly He did a wonderful job and was very pleasant making the whole experience pleasant I will be booking him every year from now on to spring clean my carpets
