ServiceMaster by Crossroads Restoration Services

My home caught fire in December and my insurance company hired Service Master by Crossroads Restoration Services to come out and clean my furniture. When Service Master came out they gathered my couch, dining room chairs, mobile pantry and my couch ottoman. Upon bringing my items back I had reached out to Service Master and explained that my couch is discolored from the chemicals they used to clean the couch from the smoke damage. I also explained that my couch was purchased in October so the wear and tear should not be happening already and discoloration is from the chemicals used. I spoke to the supervisor at the company and he told me even if the chemicals were the cause of the discoloration he was not going to refund me the amount of cleaning my couch. I spoke to my insurance company adjuster and he as well stated to me that Service Master should credit me the amount for the cleaning of the couch because it is now damaged. I reached back out to Service Master by Crossroads and explained to them what my adjuster said but the supervisor got hostile and told me he has not seen that done before.
