letter dated May 18, 2015 inquiring into the facets of [redacted] complaint against ServiceLink Field Service, LLC arising from services performed at a property. ServiceLink Field Service, LLC. at this time is not able to respond to the complaint made by [redacted] as the property address was not supplied. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This company is a phishing company.   Although they have a legitimate aspect to their business they choose to search out new business in an illegal manner.   Although we refused to supply our address they were and are able to know who their employee was by the inspected by number supplied in the initial complaint.  That number also gave them the general vicinity of and/or location of their employee who trespassed on our property and defaced our property.   The fact that we are unwilling to supply them with additional personal information does not free them of responsibility for the illegal actions of their employees.
