Today the fan belt broke on my vehicleI called my insurance company for roadside serviceThey, in turn, called your company, Towing Service, in Las Vegas, NVSo far so good...someone from your office called me within minutes & said the driver would be here in hour or LESS....fineThis was at 2:pmAfter minutes I called my insurance company, AGAIN, to check on when your truck would be comingThey were told 15-minutes at the most...at 4:10pm, I received another call from your dispatcher it was going to be another 15-minutes before the driver would arriveSoon after that I received an automated call saying the driver was there...HE WASN'T!!! By now I am furiousI called your dispatcher at 4:and was told the driver was minutes away...WRONG!!!!! TWENTY FIVE minutes later, not minutes but TWENTY FIVE MINUTES later he showed upBy then I had waited over THREE hours for a simple tow to my house...less than miles from where I wasYour driver told me he had come from Henderson...since when is Henderson minutes away from Craig and Jones??? Your company is the worse company OF ANY KIND that I have ever dealt with!! OMG..my mercedes s500.yr stalled..called a towFROM WORK...these guys couldn't get my car off the flatbed FIVE HOURS ..this driver .shook...drugged..even...worked in my gear box...and then DROPPED my VEHICLE...yes dropping it off the truck trying to pass it over.TO ANOTHER TRUCK...in attempt to unload it.TOTALED IT OUT..RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME...AND WITNESSES...and would you believe.""".another tow company..came""AND "" fINISHED the same job.(((you see....after dropping ..THEY LEFT it..on the curb halfway the DRIVE))))...the other companyput it in my garage in less than ten minutes...next day..second tow company returned......used the same flatbed truckused ..but uploaded in.less than.fifteen minutes@my DESTINATION...NOW THEY DUCKING AND DODGING...ON TOP OF This..IVE RENTEDFOR 1/months.BECAUSE my daughter has a deadly disease..recently rel.from hospital.must-have phone@carSUCH INCONVENIENCE...NEVER USE COMPANY...YOU WILL SURELY...REGRET IT...!!!!
worthless towing company, gabriela/or gabriel is the rudest person, absolutely no sense of customer service what so ever, people are under a stressful situation and in need of help, she likes to take that time to be the evilest person she can be and offer no help!!! From her phone greeting you get the impression its a stressful environment and my advice to that is if you can't handle it FIND ANOTHER JOB!!!!!! this whole inconvenience had cost me a whole lot more money....bottom line DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE VERY UN PROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!!
I had the worst towing experience with 777 Towing. It took them over 2.5 hours to arrive. When I called dispatch, they kept saying "it will be another 5 min, another 10 min, another 20 min" It wasted my entire day and the ride I got home even had to leave because it was taking so long and then I had to get a cab. I was told by the driver that they left a mother with a child out on the freeway broken down for over two hours also. The only good thing was that the driver was friendly. STAY FAR AWAY from this towing company. I have NEVER had such a terrible experience, this was the WORST!!!!

The worst ever Company. The receptionist is the most heartless, vile, rude person I have ever spoken to. Fortunately the Fiat group was able to call another towing company and get someone out with in 30 minutes. That is customer service. You really should take some notes. And FYI, if the owner is reading this.. your receptionist is the worst EVER! The only reason you got a 1 is because I had to give it to your to write the review. You deserve NONE! I suggested that we not use their company for a future call and the receptionist actually said "ok, we are fine with that" and hung up on me.
