I purchased hearing aids online from the Nano Hearing Aid Co, address of record is Hayden, ID. The total purchase price is $579 which includes the hearing aids plus a service contract of $79. I received the hearing aids on Dec 6, 2019 and if not satisfied with them, I have 45 days from receipt to request a refund. To receive the refund, I have to request a Return Authorization Form which is an authorized return number and label which is supposed to be emailed to me. I am not satisfied with the hearing aids for many reasons, all of which I have spoken to customer service about (poor fit, static sounds, vibrations when walking near sensors and failure of one hearing aid which completely shuts off the hearing aid on level 4. Customer service has not been helpful in any way and also have been extremely rude. I decided to return the hearing aids and called for an authorization number on January 3. The agent took the info of why I needed to return them and said he was not authorized to give me a return number or email me the shipping label and that "someone" would be calling with in 24-48 hours. Almost an entire week has passed and no phone call. I then contacted the company on one of their return email forms with my info (email address and phone) 3 days ago and still have not heard from them. I am trying to get the authorized return number/shipping label to send the hearing aids back and the company is not doing so after receiving the phone call and an email. I also want the refund money sent to me which would be $497 as the service contract is non refundable. I do not want to have to file another complaint seeking the refund either. I have since found out that their Revdex.com grading has been downgraded to a C- for failure to refund money to many people making complaints to the Revdex.com. They state on their website that returns can be made within the 45 day period. I live out of state but Idaho is the state where their business address is so I am filing in Idaho.

We had our roof replaced so that we could sell our home this year. We sold our home and now we have issues like it was never even replaced. It won’t pass inspection to sell our home. $10000. Dollars later we are in the same boat or worst than we were last summer. He will not answer our phones calls or emails. Even our realtor has tried to get a hold of him.

1 year ago I started repairs on my shop that had snow damage from the heavy snow. The adjuster recommended Service Pro Idaho (SPI). In September 2017 they asked for an additional $12,000. (bringing the amount paid in at $22,500) for the metal package that was ordered. The metal never came. The county red tagged the half built shop and the builder has not finished. I had recently lost my husband, and feel taken advantage of because of my age and trying to get this done on my own. Crooked man. SHANE ON HIM!!!

ServicePro Idaho installed new roof and skylights on our house in Boise in summer of 2013. Since then our roof has leaked near the skylights every spring, fall and winter (on and off) in our guest room and living room and damaged our wall paint. Every time our roof leaks, we call servicepro and it takes multiple attempts of phone calls and texts for them to even return our phone call. They have come in and put a new glue around the skylight in the past but the problem has persisted. Currently, when it rains heavily, water runs through one of our light fixtures onto the living room wall and directly down on our newly installed hardwood floor. We have made multiple attempts to communicate with this business and we could get in touch with the owner Steve twice- once through a phone call and once through text. On the phone, Steve said that the roof should not be leaking and he will get us on the schedule soon. But one week had gone by and we had not heard from him. Today after multiple texts, he texted me back saying they will come to our home sometime this week- but again no further communication in response to my questions regarding possible time frame, etc., We live in anxiety and worry every day with the fear that rain and consequent roof leakage is going to ruin our newly remodeled hardwood floor and further our home with the risk of developing mold.

It has been over four months and this company has not finished the repairs to our home. Constant lies and sub par workmanship are issues. Owner called and quit our project tonight after four months? We have been very patient and thought we were giving them a job. Their sub contractors were under qualified and did damage to our property? Don't ever use Service Pro in Boise, Idaho the owner lacks integrity and accountability and does not value his word. Our home is still in shambles and he quit and hung up on us?

This is an unfair review and should not be posted. There are many factors that caused delays, first and foremost we accidentally broke a window and the resulting effort to fix it was delayed due to special order issues. The first time we received the incorrect window. We ordered and paid for the window and have paid without even a deposit for everything that has been performed to this point. Our final communication was ended due to the homeowner continually badmouthing the entire process even after we had accepted responsibility and committed to finishing the job we started. The communication has been difficult at best, it feels as though nothing we could say or do would be satisfactory. Now the homeowner has not answered text messages, phone calls or emails and sent a negative review in an attempt to damage our company.

This is an unfair complaint.

1st This was to be a favor for a friend that had water leaking into their home when it rained.

2nd I was very clear that I would be able to stop the leak but needed a little more time to finish because of how busy we are.

3rd once we were able to get started a worker accidentally broke a window. We ordered a custom replacement window, when it was received (after 7 weeks) it was the wrong window. We re-ordered a new window. After several communications which included our acceptance of responsibility, apologies, offer to make things right, the homeowner's continued to ridicule, and bad mouth our company, workers, and pricess without end.

We have tried reaching out several times and have yet to receive a response. At this point we have not been paid and supplied labor and materials for a project that started out as a favor. This is an absolute nightmare!
