Service Plus Realty, Inc

The home that I am presenting renting has several building codes, Service Plus Realty rented this home with knowing of these violations. This complaint is regarding rental of this property. I acquired a lease on this property in 1/22/15 for 6 months.[redacted] my landlord rented the property knowingly of these violations since 9/2011, he should have been unable to rent this property without a Housing certificate from Neighborhood Improvement, which also "drop the ball" concerning this case. As of 7/22/15, the property continues to be in violations. He made a promise at the time of the lease on 11/22/14, that the major repairs (such as an un operative bathroom) will be repaired because of new owners. The property management and landlord, Mr. [redacted] has breach the contract and he should have been issued a misdemeanor for re-renting a property clearly past violations. In addition, the Neighborhood Improvement should be held responsible for this negligence for not doing their part in seeing the repairs done and this home in proper conditions to be re-rented. I should be reimbursed for partial rental payments due to these violations and non repair. I have paid as of 7/23/15 a total $3750 for 6 months rental.Desired SettlementI want partial payment reimbursed from Service Plus Realty ([redacted])due to non repairs and breach of contract.
