this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  However, it's been 4 days and we are still seating here with a defective A/C unit. On a side note, I took a picture of the label on the Bryant unit, and its coolant capacity is 5.23lb; so please correct the estimate of 6.0lb of coolant you made 5 days ago.

Dear Revdex.com We have made contact with [redacted] and we are working to resolve these issues.  Last friday 7/8/16 I had a crew to the [redacted] residence to replace the indoor TXV and flush out the A/C system we recharged the system and as of 7/13/16 we believe that this has solved the...

problem.I have also offered to extend to the [redacted]'s 5 years or free maintenance on there HVAC system to make sure that no more problems occur. Thank you  Chris C[redacted] - Owner
