SPP is a payment processor for [redacted] Service Contracts We collect the payments for them When a contract cancels they determine the unearned cancel % and fee and we refund the customer accordingly I have contacted Ally regarding the sales tax refund and they responded since the contract cancelled mid stream it is not refundable They are researching further and will get back to me I will update this complaint again once I have more information Again, SPP does not handle this matter and the complaint is against the wrong party

PPS is not part of Service Payment Plan, Inc This is an entirely separate business It appears this customer did a search on-line and obtained improper company information When she E-mailed the help desk for Service Payment Plan, Incour staff could not find her account because she is not a Service Payment Plan, Inccustomer She is a customer of Payment Plan Services, LLC which offers an interest free payment plan for the purchase of Tires to Canadian Customers Our records show we have been collecting payments in accordance with the payment schedule selected by Ms*** Details are as follows:10/29/initial payment $Customer elected payments on the 30th day of the month and we have taken the following: 11/30/$12/30/$02/01/$(Jan 30th was a Saturday so we run them the next business day) 02/29/ pending $03/30/ pending $(this will be the final payment) PPS cannot control when a customer's bank will settle the funds I can only confirm the day we transmit the file I called Ms [redacted] and also emailed her but she did not return my call or respond to my email Her documentation at the time of the sale had our Company name, location and contact information Never in her e-mails to SPP did she mention this was about the purchase of tires Kim ***
As previously advised THE SALES TAX (IF REFUNDABLE) is due from the seller NOT SERVICE PAYMENT PLAN Please contact [redacted] at [redacted] and inquire as to whether or not the sales tax is refundable Unless, those funds are paid to SPP by [redacted] we do not have the money to refund to you We are the payment processor, we do not handle the cancels only the payments
