Recently on August 7th 2015, Service one appliance failed to repair a warranted product despite repeated visits to our home. After ordering the wrong parts twice and three visits the repair technician lied about an electrical problem in the home to the warranty company. Testing confirmed that the technician was deliberately dishonest or entirely incompetent in his duties. The result has forced us to abandon our extended warranty on a dishwasher that has broke down repeatedly over the last 2 years or unnecessarily hire a electrician to tell us our wiring is normal; something our outlet tester already confirms. We paid $109 for our warranty and the cost to pay an electrician to say the outlet is ok would cost more...Service One has billed the warranty company regardless with no accountability to their claims that our electrical system is the cause. I am convinced that Service One Appliance is a deliberately dishonest company who knowingly lied to our warranty provider blocking us from seeking repairs on our dishwasher knowing fully that they still get paid regardless. Their attitudes and smug remarks about how they are going to go ahead and "bill this out" and not return to put the dishwasher back together confirm that they represent what is worst in business this day and age.Desired SettlementImprove honesty and integrity in business.
