authorized SPA to file the necessary Designation of Agents ( Form BOC-with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Via attached Online Agreement.The Agreement states "You have entered into an Agreement ( EmphAdd) for the BOC-coverage for an annual feeA renewal invoice will be sent to you via U.S Mail in months to continue coveragePlease mark your calendar to ensure proper coverage."Further the Agreement states, " hereby authorize ( EmphAdd.) Service of Process Agents, Inc to file the necessary designation of agents form with the FCMSA to assure my company's compliance with USC Section Cost $150.00, Annually" ( EmphAdd.) I have called and spoken *** *** today and have verbally requested an immediate retraction Letter from both him and from *** ***.Please advise the undersigned of the outcome of your investigation for further legal purposes against these tortfcasors

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Also, I wish to apologize to the company in question.  The paperwork identifying the Process Agent as a business was missing from our files.  Ultimately, the error resides within our company.  In addition, a personal call was made to the company and the company was gracious in accepting the apology.

Review: The company keep on harassing and threatening me that if I don't engage them as my agent they claim to been appointed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA)to withdraw my business application. The threats are through regular mail and telephone calls. I have talked to FMCSA and they told me there is no such thing as their appointed company or agent and no one should act of their behalf and so what the company is telling me is bogus. They (the company) also claim that I have already engaged them to represent me in filing for the required govt. forms, but I have not done such a thing, neither verbally, in writing or any other form. I would like the company to stop harassing me for I am not interested in their business. They tell me that I should call some of their team members namely [redacted] at ###-###-####.Desired Settlement: To stop the company from contacting me in any way and to stop harassing me. Also I would like to know whether they did what they threatened to do, that is call the FMCSA and tell them that I am not capable of running my business. It is non of their business to try and tarnish my business or my name. They also go with another address ([redacted]
