The response of the company not breaking the bed is a bold faced lieI submitted photographs of the damage upon discovery to which the agreed upon compensation was reachedThey did finally pay the restitution approximately one month after the agreed upon amount was determined and the subsequent phone conversation with John, upon which the ultimatum was given to meI am determining this action as closed due to the restitution being payed; however, the complaint is still active and to remain on file for future potential customers to view for their consideration on hiring this business to perform any services
