We have offered a reasonable settlement with Mrs [redacted] We offered $to replace items that were broken through movingSome of these items were libby glasses and small breakable itemsThe value of these items is less than $ The dinning room table is scratched, we sent someone down to repair but the repair is not to the satisfaction of her So, I added money to the settlement to have it refinishedOf course these were unintentional The dressers and some other items that were not returned is because the insurance company paid to have them replaced They were damaged in the fire beyond cleaning It looks like she has the incorrect address for us, that's why we never got the registered letter.I'm not sure about the ignoring of calls, I have spoke to Mrs [redacted] several times and John B [redacted] has spoke to her as well I don't what insurance lady the complaint is talking about I have spoke to several insurance people including two different adjusters.The more I fix or repair things she brings up more items I feel I have been more than reasonable

I think the reason they took the key to the treadmill is they new they broke it by piling all those boxes on it for months I mentioned to them a couple of times that I thought the boxes and cabinets were to heavy on it I have pictures of everything on there if that

I am writing in response to Service Masers message to youI feel that Service Master is just trying to make it out like my belongings didn't matterI have a lot of Americana items that didn't come back with everything else, they told me the stuff was lost & they can't find themI got upset & I told them I was going to talk to a lawyer & then the very next day they bring my stuff back.I wrote a letter to Service Master & sent it registered mail with the address from Mr***'s business cardHe says he never got the letter that I had the wrong address.The last phone call from Service Master was on 12-16-He offered me $for damages & inconvienessAlot of these items were family heirlooms that can't be replacedMr M*** made this offer & told me I had until the next day to decide about his offerHe says that the lost & broken items were unintentional, but their business is to take care of stuff they are hired to doService Master got paid $11, I could have done a better jobFor example, a eagle figurine which came back broken was covered in black soot & wrapped in the paper Service Master used, so tell me they did a good job.I have moved times & each time this same stuff moved with meI never lost or broken any of it.I just can't understand how this is exceptableThis whole ordeal has been very upsetting & aggrevating
