11/24/2014Customer was contacted immediately after customer voiced his complaint to our company, on 11/19/2014 by the President of the company. The customer voiced his concern with his Dining Room carpet, the President of the company gave a credit for the portion of the Dining Room carpet...
that he was not pleased with. The customer paid the balance in full on 11/21/2014. No Civil Suit had beenfiled. All of the customers concerns were resolved.Thank You,Skip B
Review: Service Master performed emergency work for me at my house. The emergency work wast great, the restoration work was shotty at best. They replaced carpet padding, and there are lumps through the areas where they carpet padding was replaced. There are pieces of laminate flooring that were not replaced even though there is visible damage. After the drying took place which was a 4 day period, they informed me that they would contact me to schedule the restoration. After a week not only did they not call me to schedule, I had to call them, they told me a project manager would return my call that day. Of course he did not. Finally a week later they called to schedule my restoration which they told me it would be 3 weeks before work begins. Then I have a payment issue with them, I call to work it out and they told me they filed a civil suit after 3 attempts to contact me via phone, which of course they never did. I get a letter from them as does my wife with 2 different dates to resolve the matter by. They do not have their act together in any way.Desired Settlement: I would like my carpet back to "normal" with no lumps, plus I would like them to cancel the civil suit since I have agreed to a payment plan.
