We serviced this customer initially on July 23rd from 12:00-3:The technician was running late due to other appointments to service appliancesWe called the customer and let them know and the customer replied by saying she could not wait and
that she was leavingThe second appointment was made for July 29thWe called to confirm the appointment the night beforeThe customer was not home on this day as the technician arrived at 2:pm at the front of the customer's homeThe technician rang the door bell several times and he also contacted the customer's phone and left a messageAs per customer's uncooperative behavior, the appointment was closed with our company and reassigned to some other servicer

The response is I never received a call stating the tech was running late I called them I never said I would not wait I needed my washer to be repaired The second appt they never showed...when I called they stated there was a dog I pleaded for service Why would I not cooperative when I needed the service? Please ask for copies or proof These are all lies
