Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Account# ***The quality of linens received from MediCleanse and Service Linen Supply have been way below an acceptable level of cleanlinessThere have been sheets with burn holes in themAlso sheets with the occasional band-aid, medical tape, black marks or scary soiled stains on themI cannot recommend this service to anyone who wants a quality product and serviceIn addition, the inaccurate delivery of linens has put an undue stress on my business that has been costly and time consumingSeveral times I called the MediCleanse/Service Linen office to correct shortages of deliverySometimes it was rectifiedSometimes it was notIt is unacceptable to have to send a certified mail complaint every time the delivery count is offThat would have been at least once a month for the last yearsI just counted inaccurate deliveries of linens from 4/7/to 4/12/That includes the last weeks, whereby I have received no linens, yet my bank account was charged each week for the deliveries!
