I don’t know of a superlative that can describe how happy I am with your service. First, Jim did a superior job evaluating our situation and suggesting replacement options. Service express quote was not the lowest bid we received (out of four) but it made the most sense. Then Jesus and Ricardo arrived when promised and did a fantastic job removing and replacing our entire A/C system. They work very hard, all day long without taking a break so we’d have our A/C done by the end of the day. Our high velocity system is located in the attic, where it’s quite hot, but they persevered, worked great as a team and cleaned up after themselves way better than I expect. Thanks for a tough job well done.

They over commit timeframes,under deliver on contracts causing repeat "comebacks" to finish the work,over charge for service calls (tried to tack on an additional $168 to the tech $276 invoice which was supposed to be $238.Tech showed up,couldn't identify source or fix the problem.I gave tech $130 expecting a bill for $100 NOT a bill with $168 more added after the fact. No attempt to settle with me,just
adding finance charges to refuted amount.They dont value senior clients,
they try to rip you off.Dad ,91 bought
new boiler for daughter age 68.Steve, the owner is very knowledgeable,Ken
the salesman is not.He's unscrupulous.
We have done everything to make it right for her and she still has not paid We have also been there numerous times without charging her. This account has been turned over to our collection agency.
They came out numerous times to
finish the contract.They had to seal
holes letting outside air in.They had
to come back&cover hot pipes they
had left exposed in closets.They had to return to open zones they
forgot so BOTH halves of house had heat.They had 2fix banging pipe they installed.They had to fix a wire their salesman broke off on an
older furnace that was part of their contract to be serviced.They had to
fix a leak they caused on 3rd boiler.
They never had time to do the job
right;just time to keep doing the job
over and wasting half days of my time 6TIMES after the install.Who
approves a $436 service charge in
advance for 45 day old new install,
not I.I'm 69,dad is 92. We're both
on fixed incomes.I agreed to $238
on what I thought was a free call on
warranty.He fixed nothing.I paid
$138,expected a $100 bill.Shocked
to see his office added $168 MORE
to the bill.Never paid more than $75
for a service,no repair,callout..ever!
Service Express is a rip off! We'd never preapprove $438,that's 1/3 of
social security check!If they valued
our business,wanted referrals&were acting in good faith,they'd offer to
settle.They prefer finance charges&
collections.Who squeezes blood from turnips?They see my dad uses
oxygen &a cane and we're both seniors.Shame on them!

Sudden loss of A/C at 7pm on 90 degree Saturday night. Two hours later Service Express tech Paul had solved the problem. He was unbelievably professional as well as friendly even after a long hot day. He won a customer for life, as well as any of the 31 other residents in our building who will listen to me! Service Express phone# is now on our main bulletin board!!

We have used Service Express for several years to maintain our heating and air conditioning units. We have a space heater in our family room that was not working. Hans, our technician, was able to determine that the unit needed a new control switch. He ordered and installed the new part and our heater now works better than it ever did before.
