Very reliable serviceEach technician that has come into my home (with their own shoe covers!) has been more than polite and very knowledgeableThe service is completed efficiently and they answer all of my questions without hesitation or making me feel as if I am interrupting I especially like that they fill out the service card next to my furnace stating service performed with their name and dateThe techs are careful and clean up after themselves It is always easy to set an appointment and then receive a call when the tech is on his wayI am a service plan memberThis has saved me money on repairs and gives me priority in setting appointmentsSo far so good for four years now

I asked this company to give me an estimate on a new furnace I received an estimate on a Crown Boiler Aruba gas fired hot water boiler The cost for install was $ The boiler sells online - top of the line for 3300$ to 3400$ I called the company and asked them if the 8-hour installation fee was near $ I WAS TOLD THAT IS THEIR FEE I am reporting them in case someone else doesn't look up the information on line and gets fleeced for unfair costs for labor
We have been long time customers for many years We request the same service man each time for our annual servicing of our boiler/furnace He is always on time and very professional as well as does an excellent job He has a great personality When we call for servicing, they are always very professional and courteous on the phone So far, we have had nothing but great experiences using their serviceI would recommend them highly

Mr *** is not correct in both his claimsHe has an outstanding balance outside the scope of our installation contract that is days oldThe monies due are for emergency repairs made to his system on requests from him and his
construction managerSub contractors caused problems with parts of heating system that had nothing to do with our installation, for instance on one occasion he had a whole house back up generator installed the contractor installing the generator shut the gas off to the boiler, when he was finished he never turned the gas back on, the boiler is a natural gas fired boiler without gas the boiler will not functionPipes froze and burst I fixed these problemsOn another case after we were done with our work three months later the plumbing sub cut the radiant in floor tubing caused a leak which we were asked to fix and didMr*** seems to think that these are change orders and I should wait for the money when the until the entire home is finishedHe has been building this home for three years now and has issues with all the sub contractors as well as with the construction managers he has hadThis is a classic case where the homeowner is acting as the general contractor without the knowledge needed to function in that capacity, and has made the task of building/installing equipment a nightmareI have been involved with this job for over a year, I have made corrections to what the previous heating contractor had done to correct obvious installation problems, he has had numerous contractors that work for a while and leave in frustrationThis complaint was filed because I turned the account over to collection and legal action

The contractor never fully installed the back up electric heat when the "frozen pipe" scenario occurred but claimed it was fully done, invoiced for the same, and had gotten paid for itIf the BCCK UP Electric Heat was fully wired and working the pipes should have never been frozen
Contractor installed a faulty Boiler which to date continues to randomly stops working with a message "Failed IgnitionThe Burner failed to light after ignition attempts check gas supply to the boiler"
The Boiler's does not turn on because the faulty power switch on the boiler doesn't seem to make contact unless you hold in place with a finger or improvise with a piece of cardboard
Bottom line -- THE FAULTY Boiler needs replacement!!
The relationship with the contractor is govern by the contract signed dated March 31, Per contract the Boiler is under Warranty!
6.Per Article of the contract balance is due "upon completion of work" Contractor still needs to come in to finish the trimAs such there is no payment due at this point...Please see the attached contract!

I asked this company to give me an estimate on a new furnace. I received an estimate
on a Crown Boiler Aruba 4 gas fired hot water boiler. The cost for install was $6102.
The boiler sells online - top of the line for 3300$ to 3400$. I called the company and asked them if the 8-10 hour installation fee was near $3000. I WAS TOLD THAT IS THEIR FEE. I am reporting them in case someone else doesn't look up the information on line and gets fleeced for unfair costs for labor.
We have been dealing with Service Express for several years. They are dependable and always on time. Service person always explains what they have done and any needed additional work. Will continue to use their service.

We lost our furnace in a torrential rainstorm a couple of years ago. The furnace is in a very shallow crawl space that is accessed thru a trap door in our deck. Our previous furnace company refused to install a new furnace due to the access conditions, but upon my asking, they referred us to Service Express. The crew that installed the furnace didn't seem fazed by the crawl space conditions! We get service twice a year on the furnace/air conditioner. We could not be happier with the service we receive. We highly recommend them!
