Service Doctor

I am very mixed about my experience I feel like the end product (cabinet resurfacing/refacing turned out nice but customer service I received was not up to par They measured wrong and I had to wait an additional three weeks for my missing pieces I had to call three times to find out the status and never once did I get called back nor did I receive an apology for the inconvenience
Also, is it that hard to put knobs on cabinets and have them be even Also, I just noticed that when the tech tried to fix one of the hinges the cabinet does not close all the way now I can't believe he did not see that I just don't think perfection was anybody's goal in this business transaction
I really wanted to love this company since they offer so many other services I would have been interested in
