From: [redacted]<[redacted].com>Date: Mon, Sep 28, 2015 at 8:39 AMSubject: Re: [redacted]To: [redacted]@myRevdex.com.orgGood Morning [redacted],I received the correspondence below, however I could not find a way to reply via your website so I am resorting to an old fashioned email.  First of all, thank you for your assistance in this matter.  Rhonda B[redacted] never did contact me.  That said, a man named Martin did call and explained that someone in their office was on extended leave, and their workload was falling through the cracks while they were away.  He also mentioned that the refund was going to take even longer than Rhonda B[redacted] suggested in her 9/16/2015 email to you, but it has finally been received.  Martin was extremely responsive in communicating the issues, however the rest of the staff I reached out to was apparently non-existent.Again, thank you for your help.  Having to file a complaint to get an organization's attention is a shame, but I'm grateful the Revdex.com exists.Kind regards,[redacted]
