Response:This letter is in regards to complain # [redacted] On 3/12/the customer [redacted] came into our location to purchase a pair of glassesHe chose a frame that retails for $and his prescription requires custom order hi index lenses that retail for $because he has a strong prescription this lens is recommended to be the best for himWe gave him a special price of $total for the purchase and a second pair free of chargeSo Mr[redacted] got pairs for $when it should have been over $On 3/19/he returned to the store complaining he did not like the frame so we did an even exchange for another frame that he CHOSE and re ordered the expensive custom lenses free of charge for him to make him happyA few weeks after picking up the new pair that he chose he came in on 4/16/saying he did not like the new pair nowHe also complained that there was a problem with the prescription so we offered to remake if so but he refusedWe explained that we do not have a refund or return policy and that we already remade the glasses!
