This is my answer in response to the complaint.
I did accidentally send the wrong item.  She purchased a $25 Italian basket and I sent the $35 one.  We messaged back and forth for 3 months getting this straightened out.
I had offered to pay for return shipping of the wrong item; however,...

I no longer feel obligated since it came back to me in 4 pieces.  There was no insurance of any kind, plus, half the packing materials I shipped it in were missing.  The basket was not bubble wrapped in any way...as it was when I shipped it.  It was very negligently sent back to me.
One of her last messages to me she tried to say how do I know the basket wasn't broke when I shipped it.  In the 3 months of messaging in the beginning, never once did she say she received a broken item...only the wrong item.  She also said she never opened it when she saw it was the wrong item; but, how could you know, if you don't open it and why was all the packing materials I used missing. I shipped it in a styrofoam cooler bubble wrapped and filled with newspaper to absorb handling and secured tightly within.  When I got it back, it was not bubble wrapped or secure.  It was rolling around loose inside in 4 pieces.
Also, if you go to any post office, they ask if you want insurance.  It's pretty much a standard question.
I am now out a $35 item and I don't see her reimbursing me.  I no longer feel obligated to cover the cost of a broken item which was clearly not wrapped or secured or insured.
Her original $25 and shipping cost of the correct item was refunded.
