Service Auto Glass

I own a small business here in the Springs and have used this company for all my windshield repairs for at least the last ten years. After the July 28th hail storm, one of my trucks windshield was damaged. I called and scheduled an appointment to have it repaired on August 22nd. I really didn't want to wait over two weeks to have it repaired but I understand they are very busy in lieu of the storm. On august 22nd no one showed or called to repair the windshield. In fact, no one called at all. Three days later I called them and asked what happened. They said they never ordered it. I was understanding and said lets get it ordered and call me when it's in. They called a few days later and said it came in scratched and asked if I still wanted it installed. I said no. Another week goes by and I still haven't heard from them, so I call them back. It's now August 31st and I talk to Linda in the office who gets very upset with me and tells me to go somewhere else. Thank you Linda, I did!!!
