Description that was signed by Ms*** *** all of those items have been completed minus the backsplash which was her decision and credit back to herShe chose the cabinets that she wanted and was informed that her kitchen ceiling was not straight and that may cause a problemWe installed the cabinets per her directionUpon noticing the gaps between the top of the cabinet and the ceiling were a concern to her and suggested a trim and we cocked the gap for the time beingWe took her to *** *** and the new trim was ordered and we are waiting for delivery so that we can installPer the job description electrical wiring was never included and something she did separately and informed us after the factWe have repeatedly contacted Ms***s to schedule a
time to complete the final trim and ensure that she is satisfiedOur company aims to please her and we are willing to work with her to rectify the situation or misunderstanding
