Review: I bought a docking station from this company and they did not disclose it would not be a complete system including power. with out power the docking station is worthless. they refused to pay of shipping back since this was not my error. I reported it to paypal and they are trying to get me to pay shipping which will cost me money for something I cant even use.Desired Settlement: I would like them to pay for shipping and to refund the money and I will gladly return the device

$20.00 on 10/**/2015. Please review the
attached copy of the invoice for details. Server Supply advertised the part as a basic docking station in a
refurbished condition and never stated it came with a power or any other
accessories. Customer could have called Server Supply prior to placing an
order to verity if the unit came with anything else beside a docking station as
we are clearly advertising the unit to be a basic docking station. [redacted] also disputed the transaction with
[redacted] for this order. However [redacted] closed the case on Server Supply’s favor
as Server Supply shipped what the customer placed the order for.Server Supply will make one time exception and issue a full
refund for the order. Customer does not have to ship back the unit; he can keep

Review: 11[redacted]-13 Beware of this company! I purchased a hard drive from Server Supply Inc. that was supposed to be refurbished. It was not. Had it checked out by two different qualified technicians that confirmed it was bad. Server Supply Inc. refused to refund my money. They are selling JUNK as refurbished item. Your taking a real chance purchasing anything from this company.

Customer placed the order online and not over the phone so it was assumed customer read all detail information of the merchandised prior to placing an order. Server Supply’s website clearly states under the detail information, the condition of the part which reads Refurbished with 30 days warranty from our company. Also the condition is listed under the specs as per the invoice.
The item customer bought was not under any MFG warranty and had passed the 30 days warranty period with Server Supply upon contacting on 11/*/2013. Since the item was purchased back in September [redacted], 2013 it is no longer under Server Supply’s warranty, therefore we can not take the item back nor is this order eligible for any refund.

my response to the business reply is Server Supply lying.
The hardrive had never been refurbished It had simply been removed from an old computer and sold as refurbished.
I purchase another harddrive from another source and it works perfectly.
Server Supply is definitely not a company not to do business with.

Server Supply.com, Inc. operates a business of selling junk computer parts as being refurbished.
They are liars!
They don't refurbish any thing.They just remove parts from old computers and advertise those part as being refurbished. I obtained the same part from a reputable source, had it installed by a professional computer technician and the computer now works fine.
Server Supply is hiding behind the time factor instead of doing the right thing.
There simply not a trust worth company.
I will continue to do anything I can do to discourage another unsuspecting customer such as my self from purchasing anything from Server Supply Inc.
If they were on the up and up they would refund my money along with a apologies.
But they are not!

Review: I placed an order #[redacted] on March [redacted], 2013 for a replacement fan/heatsink assembly for Acer personal computer. The item was advertised as being new and my invoice explicitly says so. However the part failed after only ten days total in operation. I had a computer business in Missouri for over 10 years that specialized in computer repair and I have never not once had a CPU fan go bad so quickly unless it was a used part.
Now on the ServerSupply.com website they advertise the same exact part for the same exact price only now it says "refurbished" instead of new. I do not believe for one instant that a used part would be selling for **same exact** price as the brand-new one was back in March. They sold me a used part, lied that it was new and that's that.
When I attempted to contact them they were very rude and dismissive and basically weren't going to do anything at all as more than 30 days have passed since the original order. Now that would be fine and dandy only if they did not lie in the first place and sent me the new part that I ordered instead of pretending that used goods were brand new.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my money. I am perfectly willing to send their junk straight back to them. I since found another place I can order this from (more expensive as it should be, as it is a part with complex assembly) and I will make sure that neither myself nor any of my many colleagues at NASA that constantly order computer equipment and parts never ever do business with this place. They will sell you used parts falsely written up as being new and then you'd have critical equipment failing at the worst possible moment. No thank you.

Customer had contacted Server Supply to return the item after four months of purchase.
If customer had received a used item, as she claims why did she not contacted Server Supply upon receiving the item?
As for customer’s inquiry on the price of the merchandise, Server Supply’s inventory change and updates all the time, prices are subject to change.
Server Supply would like the Revdex.com to close this case, since the warranty period on this order has been expired, Server Supply.com Inc can not take the merchandise back and refund customer.

As per the pervious response, the item came with 30 days warranty only. There is no option of Six month warranty on any of the merchandise Server Supply sells. All the information on warranties of each item is available on Server Supply’s site. Not a single person in Server Supply would have stated the item is returnable within Six Months period as none of the items we carry has such warranty. Customer is making invalid claim.
Server Supply would like to request Revdex.com to close this case as the warranty on this item has been expired. There is no further credit due on this order.
