I ordered from this company back on January 20th of this year. I only ordered the shirt because I was aware of the design and I know him. This t-shirt was never sent to me and the money was taken out of my account. I sent 7 e-mails to them and all I get is an automated return email and not from anyone dealing with customer service. I asked for a refund and it's still same generated email. Very disappointed in this company. Was just wanting my money back if they weren't gonna deliver merchandise.

I've purchased t-shirts with Served Fresh numerous times and love their product. The t-shirt quality exceed my expectations and the flannel material is thick and durable. I have made special request to have shipments sent to me before a trip and the customer service department has gone above and beyond to make it happen. For an online base company, they are one of my favorite brands to order from. Their style designs are unique, the brand quality is exceptional and the packaging upon delivery is detailed and thought out.

I love the message behind this brand not only do they have cool and fashionable clothing but after receiving my merchandise I was even more impressed with the quality of fabric! Definitely will continue to support this business! Also want to point out the stellar customer service! All of my questions were answered regarding shipment and sizing in a timely manner.

Review: Made a purchase via online with this company on November *,2014...Upon purchasing the item, the website didn't indicate the item was sold out. After checking the order status, it shows Paid/unfuilfilled. I've reached out the the company 3 times, 1 via[redacted], where I was told to email the company, and twice emailing the company and still no response.Desired Settlement: If the item is no longer available, I would appreciate a full refund of $34.00
