Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because this would've been taken care of in a timely manner if the company had better informed its consumers of the extended warranty The CRM stated that they wouldn't be able to take any actions under the extended warranty program, however, she did state that there's a possibility to offer a similar service outside of the program Although excessive motor oil burning may not be recognized by the NHTSA as a safety issue, it can still pose harm and danger to the consumer and its surrounding in the right circumstances Sincerely, Eunice F [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:On December 27, 2016 about 10:00 am spoke with Scot and then Charlie W[redacted] from Servco. Mr. W[redacted] shared with me that the truck I was interested in was still available and that he reviewed the numbers and cost with me. The best to my recollection was that $39,261 minus $1500, $37,761 plus the taxes and fees ($2,071 plus 650) Total cost would be $40,482 plus a gift card of $500 I would receive. I told him that I would need to secure insurance and that I will let my insurance agent know the vin number. Mr. W[redacted] stated to just let Scot know when I would be coming down and call him to make sure.Once I informed my insurance and confirmed with my credit union, I called Servco on December 29, 2016 at about 2:10 pm and spoke with Scot to arrange purchase of the truck I discussed with Mr. W[redacted]. Upon speaking with Scot, I told him that I would like to come down. It was at that time Scot asked me if anyone called me, and I stated "No" and then he went on to share with me that the truck was already SOLD???? He went on to share that he was off and then I told him well....can't help........what about the other truck that I was interested in? Scot stated that he was not sure. I told him that 2500 truck 2016. Scot stated that he knows that they have been trying to make the deal happen and a trucks have been selling fast. It was at that time I asked if he works tomorrow and he said yes and inquired at what time (8:00 am but meeting-9:00am)? I told him that I would come down to see him. I asked him if the website was current and he said yes.Now I am really wondering?? Not sure what to do now? mahalo
Sincerely,

Dear Mr. S[redacted],We appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns with us. Each month General Motors offers specials. The dealership selects certain vehicles to be Bonus Tag units. Once the selections are made we create hang tags, with the stock number, MSRP and the selected...
savings. We did make a mistake and place the wr[redacted] tag in the truck selected by you. The stock number and MSRP did not match the truck in question and we apologize for the mistake. The dealership could not match the price of $35,930 but did, on 12/10/2016, as a goodwill gesture, offer an additional $1500 off any new Chevrolet truck selected this month. Unfortunately, it was not to your satisfaction. We will refer your concerns to our management team for further review and hope to be able to resolve this. In the interim, please do not hesitate to contact Scott Yonesaki, General Manager for Servco Auto Waipahu, for any additional concerns. Sincerely,Mary H[redacted]Executive Secretary to the Vice Chairman .
Subject: FW: You have a New Message from Revdex.com of Hawaii Regarding Complaint #[redacted] Hi Kaina, I wanted to add on additional information for Ms. F[redacted] but I’m not quite sure where to post it. Could you post it for me? “Dear Ms. F[redacted], Upon further research of your concern of Excessive Oil Consumption and expired Warranty Enhancement Program, we found that the original owner of the vehicle did take the vehicle in for the Oil Consumption test while the program was still applicable and it was determined that further repairs were needed under the program. However, the vehicle was sold to you prior to having those repairs completed. Due to the test being performed during the validation period and although the program has expired, we have coordinated through Motor Imports Management team for the repairs needed to be completed. I understand Motor Imports has already been in direct contact with you to initiate the repairs. We hope this remedy is to your satisfaction. If there is anything we can help you with, please feel free to reach out to us again.” Thank you Kaina, Mary H[redacted]
