It took a few days to get routed to my attention and Serta corporate customer service will be calling this customer this week to coordinate a mattress replacement.   I was told by [redacted] of the Serta [redacted] location of Serta that she was working with the consumer up till October on 2015 when Mr. or Mrs. [redacted] no longer responded to her emails, the warranty was put in a hold file.   We will call Mr. [redacted] and move forward with his warranty claim, if he wanted to call customer service directly he would call 888-557-3782 option 1 for the U.S. and option 2 for warranty-he should refer to the reference number of [redacted]. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  
I called Serta customer service as outlined in response.Elisa was very courteous and although not settled I believe we will finally find out if warranty will be honored --- or not.
