Serious Customs

First I would like to state that when this person brought his car to my shop he and I were sworn into signed agreement that this work can take a very long time. He also signed a form stating that I am not responsible for any items stolen as all the items he is staying are missing were stolen while...

the truck was in storage at a shop next to where mine was located. The k5 was brought into the shop already in a bad condition needing a lot of welding and many hours of work due to it being covered in rust. As for the other truck this customer got back everything that was brought with it. I was not told that he dropped of tires until after he had to come get his truck back which he got it back in primer and knew all that was left to do was the paint but he refused to let me finish it. He states the radio was taken again I do believe that was removed in storage and I'm trying to get ahold of the owner to that business. This customer did not pay the sum of 7500 and I have all receipts as he should to. He has made many threats towards me my family and my business. I don't feel that he is owed anything other than the stereo and speakers which I am in the process of trying to locate. But again he did sign a agreement that I as serious customs is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
