Manzi was hired to general contract the building of my home. The workmanship on many components is shoddy - interior work is slopping; trim is not laid correctly; holes were left in walls; cabinets and counters were not installed correctly. Manzi also did not pay the materials company and the subcontractors even though he had been paid by us. We were sued by the materials company as a result, but records showing payment resulted in the company dropping the suit. Manzi rarely showed up at the project site and cut corners at every turn. He cannot be trusted to deliver a project.
